I was recently diagnosed with PF & ILD.   I’ve been on oxygen for 2 months.   Tapering off Prednisone after being on that foe 2 months as well.  Although I feel great my O2 levels decrease with exertion.  The only symptom I have is mild to negligible dry cough.   I am currently taking Atovaquone to get my immune system back on track from the prednasone.   I will be taking Esbriat waiting for approval from my insurance company.   Also will be starting a Pulmonary Rehab program.   I am determined to live a long and happy life .
