71 year old male; I’ve been relatively healthy most of my life other than being somewhat overweight. COVID has spared me. Mother passed from lung cancer – she had over 100 pack-years to her credit – but healthy otherwise and my father lived to age 92. But I’ve found myself facing what appears to be an advanced case of PF and I’m looking for some advice to A, accurately diagnose it and B, make the best of it.
