Retired Energy Energy business. Father died of IPF 20 years ago. Diagnosed with PF, RA and Myopathy in May 2022. Had 90% of Lung Capacity in 2022. Using Retuxan infusions to control my RA and prevent further scarring. Using exercise and Functional Health diet and supplements to improve my health and expand my lung capacity, which has improved to 97% in April 2023 and 107% in June 2024. Have resumed longer hikes and snowboarding.
