| Short Bio | I was diagnosed with likely IPF in April 2018, but it may have started many years ago, as I have had a cough for 15 years. My lung function is 96%. I am not generally breathless, but do find difficulty with sustained walking uphill. My specialist is monitoring me every 6 months and my readings were improved last September. I am not on any medication although I take various anti-oxygent supplements, serrapeptase and Chinese Herbs I excercise as much as possible; mainly walking 4 miles a day and occasional visits to gym. While on holiday in New Zealand (Feb 2019) I am trying a 6 session course of full body laser therapy in a laser pod.
