Short Bio

Initially diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, because of persistent cough, 3 years ago thought to be related to GERD.  No medications were prescribed and I was followed with CT every 6 months.  Noticed shortness of breath with activity the first of the year.  Pulmonary function tests showed 10% decline and CT indicated probable usual interstitial pneumonia.  This was confirmed by wedge biopsy in July 2022.  What can I expect?
