Short Bio	Currently 75 yrs old. PFT by GP in 2015 indicated 51% lung capacity. Referred to pulmonologist- thought COPD initially after Xray & full PFT (ex-smoker, 1 pack/day, 13 yrs, quit 1979.) After mentioning my father & uncle both had IPF, had CT & sent me to IPF specialist- concurred likely IPF. Too old for lung biopsy or transplant. Started O2 at night & 150 mg 2x Ofev, (caused pancreatitis.) Taking Creon supplement to control side Ofev effects. Ofev has halted IPF progression at ~50% based on PFTs & CTs since 2016. Have annual PFT & CT, & quarterly liver blood tests for Ofev.
