| Best advice for PF symptom management | Slow down and reduce stress; that will rob you of what is still good in your life. Keep moving some everyday, clime a step or two. Stay active so you wake up with purpose each day. Reach out to your friends and family and ask THEM how are they getting along with; be a good listener. We all now have a deadline; but let’s try to make the line a long one. |
