PF and ILD caused by AI disorder called Sjogrens Syndrome. Also have some joint issues caused by SS. Doing pulmonary rehabilitation. Taking cellcept immune suppressant. Recent diagnosis. I’m 55. This started as a constant dry itchy cough. Blood work showed high ANA.
