Still having pain from thoracotomy in 2/20. Had spinal stimulator 6 weeks ago with moderate success. Sitting is miserable. However, ice packs work great, but not the most optimal option! Losing weight really helps me. Warning tho, the stimulator will limit activities until scar tissue forms. So no bending or twisting. No weight lifting either. Walking g is fine. The sage continues…..
