I just started to take Rhodiola Rosea 2 x 120 mg/day at 3pm and at 7 am

I use the oxygen3-4 times every day,mostly 1 hr on a setting of 4
My oxygen level while using the oxygen is 96-98 %
without the oxygen it is 88-91

I have not sent you any updates on my condition.
Here goes
I am now on oxygen ( when needed ),which is 3-4 times each day,after walking a little bit.
I get really tired going upstairs,have to stop half way up,to catch my breath.
I was wondering if you have heard from anybody about Metformin as a treatment option?

Hi Charlene
I started taking Nyquil Nite and Nyquil day for my cough and Phlem.
So far so good,it has cut my coughing and phlem a lot.
I cough at least 50% less now.
Lets hope it stays that way
.I still am out of breath after the slightest physical movement,like going up 4 steps of the stairs

I was diagnosed with IPF in February.
I cough a lot and I have a lot of Phlem.
Doe anybody else have that problem and if so,do they have something to take to reduce all of this?
I have been on Albutrol,no help and it caused blindness in my left eye.When I stopped taking it,my vision slowly returned.
Then I went on BREO ELLIPTA,,no help…[Read more]-
