Been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes since 2001. Been diagnosed with IPF early last year. On ESBRIET. Mother was diagnosed with PF ( I think) in 1986. Was given one week. On the third day was given some « experimental » drugs. Survived with a reduced lung capacity and went on to live for 25 more years, till the age of 92 and passed away in her sleep. She was on oxygen for a year after being released from the hospital
