| Short Bio | Diagnosed with IPF 8/2016. Doing very well. On Ofev 150mg twice a day. My pulmonologist has told me after looking at my most recent CT 10/2019 that there is not much of a change from the original CT back in 8/2016. So the Ofev must be doing it’s job. I drive a truck 48 states and have been doing so for almost 40 years and have not stopped doing so. Unfortunately this Coronavirus stay at home order has sidelined me since 3/2020 as I’m sure it has most IPF patients. I thank God for my wife most of all for going through this with me. Also all the doctors and medical staff at National Jewish Health in Denver, CO. and Hillcrest hospital in Tulsa, OK. Also especially want to thank Boehringer Ingelheim pharmaceutical Co. and their patient assistance program for helping me with the medication Ofev, which I could have never afforded on my own. |
