age 72    CT scan from 18 months ago showed Upper Lobes Emphysema and Lower Lobes  pulmonary Fibrosis. Have not seen a specialist as of yet. Looking for one in the San Antonio, San Marcos, New Braunfels area. Any recommendations will be appreciated.  CPFE is my diagnosis.   Thanks!  Hal
