Diagnosed with Ipf in 2017, had shortness of breath, chest infections, allergy type symptoms, postnasal drip, unproductive cough, and waking at night with cough. On various inhalers and low dose steroids, as well as Ofev. Is this diagnosis as bad as it appears? Are there any patients who have any positive comments about their diagnosis and who havelived longer than 5 years with the condition?
