I am an 80 year old and was diagnosed last September, 1 year ago. My primary care doctor referred me to a pulmonary doctor who just happened to specialize in IPF. He diagnosed me fairly quickly and said my condition was considered serious. I did rehab and started taking Espriet on January 1, 2022. I have not tolerated it very well, but my doctor told me at my last 2 visits that I was stable! So, I am continuing to take it.
