    My fiancé was a candidate for lung transplant and his level went down to 60. He was on 6 liters. That’s all it went up to.     My fiancé died on may 29th. He had pig and we were in the last stages of tests so he could get a lung transplant.       Hi Kathryn, I’m so sorry to hear about your fiance’s passing. My condonlences. Unfortunately this disease does sometimes go that way. Acute exacerbations can come without warning. I’m sad to say it’s not uncommon, and I am so sorry you experienced that with your fiance.
