Been healthy and active all my life up to about 1 1/2 years ago (writing this in 1/2021). It became more and more difficult to do my usual exercise regimen, which included yoga and running/brisk walking. I am currently 74, and work 2 days a week as a MFT in private practice. Thankfully I am still able to talk, but sometimes this is also difficult.
