when ordered, use your supplemental O2 24/7 even if outwardly you may feel all right. why? because all of your red blood cells in your body require O2 24/7 (from your brain to your digestive system to your toes) short lapses ok. I believe this will slow down lung deterioration as they will have less work to do.
