I have some anxiety with all that I am reading about both meds.  My only hope is that my body can tolerate it.  No other real health issues &amp; 65yrs. old so she thinks I should do ok.  I will keep you posted.  All the best to you Mark.</p>

I need to make some major changes in my diet though along with the reflux meds&#8230;.i believe is equally important.  My GERD has gotten worse since this new diagnosis &amp; it at times is very painful.  </p>

I know that will change in time, but the side effects of Esbriet are horrible.  For one, you can&#8217;t be in the sun more then 10 minutes.  I live in Florida!  It&#8217;s sunny here 9 out of 10 days.  I love the beach!
