Short Bio

I believe I had Covid in Jan 2020.  Sick for 2 months.  They took CT of my abdomen and discovered spots on my lungs.  They then said I had GERD and that it had aspirated into my lungs causing IPF.  Frankly I hardly had any symptoms of either of these diseases.  Fast forward to Dec 2022 and I get bronchitis.  Suddenly I have shortness of breath, chronic cough.   Activity makes my heart rate jump high.  They determine that my PF has stepped up a notch.  Still, they monitor me but not much else.  I get a specialized blood test and they determine I have scleroderma PF.  Better in that it may go slowly in progression.  I’m put on 3g day of cellcept and it seems to be holding my progression steady.  I do have shortness of breath, cough constantly and when working out ( lightly) heart rate gets to 140.  I’m seeing two pulmonologists and basically they monitor me.  I have failed the last 3 PFT tests.
