Take control of your own health. As a caregiver to my aunt with late stage IPF I have learned that following every directive your doctor tells you is often a huge mistake. That don’t ever address lifestyle, especially dietary, changes. Constantly upping oxygen and pushing prednisone like it’s the cure all has sent my aunt into a rapid decline over the past 5 years.
Get familiar with which foods /supplements strengthen the lungs and which harm the lungs.
And since the lungs and heart rely on each other, employ as many exercises as possible given your current status to strengthen te heart whic will in turn strengthen the lungs and vice versa. Praying for all of your suffering from lung disease.
