Dx made in 2013. Pulmonologist stated I was in Stage 3 back in Oct 2020. Smoked like a chimney for many years, quitting finally in 1999. Am on )2 daily, can remove at night if O2sat is above 90 with no problems.  Symptoms intensified last six months, particularly on any exertion.
