I have been dealing with PAH since 2015, It started out as shortness of breath and then I had to go to the hospital because it had gotten so bad. That morning I woke up feeling good. A few months earlier I had been diagnose with pneumonia that wasn’t treated correctly.    My biggest problem is keeping the oxygen level up while walking or exercises.  Find it hard to get around.  Hard to get motivated to do anything when you’re along. Does exercise really help.
