My daughter had Ppfe that was thought to have been caused by her treatment for leukaemia which included total body radiotherapy and bone marrow transplant.
She was admitted to hospital for 5 days Iv antibiotics for an infection 3 hospitals did not know what it was. Sadly she deteriorated rapidly after 9 days and passed away 5 days later
I had been following research for ild and will try to continue to hopefully see breakthroughs in treatment
