I’m sure everyone on this forum will agreed that exercise is the most important thing we can do for our IPF & just in general to feel & look well.I know I’ve been told this by my Dr.’s & in P.T. also.If we are limited in terms of exercise one can always do the breathing exercises or better yet both. There is one exercise you can do anywhere & anytime,it also can be a picker upper for you & your lungs .You stand in place shoulders back swing your arms up ,then down just behind your butt…up over head hands loose then down behind just a little & then back up,they suggest 100.00 times but even 25 of them & you’ll be surprise at the energy boost & best for lungs & breath. take care everyone.
