Short Bio

I first discovered that I had a lung problem was from a chiropractor after viewing an X-ray of my shoulder in 2018. In May 2019, my pulmonologist diagnosed me with IPF.
I was put on trial O² from March to June 2021.
I landed in the hospital 2 times in September 2021. The 2nd time they put me on O² and then sent me home.
On October 1, my heart rate was racing at 150 bpm before the ambulance took me to the emergency. I stayed overnight 5 days where they diagnosed me with full-blown Pulmonary Fibrosis from contracting Pneumonia.  I lost 15 lbs in that month
I had been doing 12,500+ steps/day before and did not reach 10,000 until January 2022.
During October to November, 2022 my resting heart rate went as high as 80 bpm whearas unto that time, I was averaging 45 to 55. It went as low as 55 until this past May to June when it hovered around 75 until I took electrolytes. Now it is 50 to 55
I was on 3-6 lpm night & day until I was admitted to Pulmonary Fibrosis Rehab this past May & June. They informed me that I now have a lung capacity of 50% whereas in September it was at 30%. I now do not need O² when sitting or sleeping, only when walking.
