I find that eating the right food is imperative for those of us who suffer from IPF/Bronchiectasis/Asthma. You have to do everything possible to help yourself.

I am very fortunate Charlene as I can still manage deep inhalation. Despite the condition of my oxygen levels are really good because I use a Bioptron lamp that oxygenates tissue. Hi Everyone,
Nice to find this forum and read the views and stories of other people. I have pulmonary fibrosis/bronchiectasis/asthma which has caused a serious heart problem. On symbicort, ventolin and half tablet of amiodorone for heart. I don’t worry about dying it holds no fear for me. Just take one day at a time.-
