    I take Gabapentin every night for restless legs or Neuropathy. The only time I really cough is when I have phlegm in my throat or chest. I don’t seem to have the dry cough I read about other people having so I wonder if that’s because of the Gabapentin

      Hello May, I’m sorry it took so long to reply. Unfortunately fatigue is one of the major symptoms one has when they inflicted with pulmonary fibrosis. I also had a problem with this before my single lung transplant. I worked full time then I would come home and just crash.     I’ve been super sick this past week. Upper respiratory infection. I think I was sicker than I realized. I hardly ever run a temperature. Finally went to Dr and got steroid and antibiotics. On the road to recovery!!
