Retired educator and life long learner. Live near several universities in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains. Diagnosed with IPF in April 2021. I’m working at body reconditioning and not allowing IPF to define my life. I am more than acronyms and numbers. My aim is to stay in the present, to be grateful for life, and to talk to a friend when I am afraid. I practice prayer and meditation.
