Diagnosed with Bronchiecstasis in 2004. Due to pneumatic in 2019, on oxygen & ready to get off Jan 2020. Relapse in late Jan after being on 40mg prednisone for 4 months trying to strengthen lungs etc.,. Sick in & out hospital in 2020. Diagnosed with IPF February 2020. In hospital now due to collapsed lung & chest tube. Lung transplant recommended. I will start FDA approved OFEV next week

Exercise & eat as much gluten free, organic, non gmo food as possible. Eliminate/keep to minimum flour, sugar, salt, acidic food
