| Short Bio | It is going on almost ) yrs since diagnosed originally PFlast year I had exacerbation Pneumonia and COVID the my next CT my lung damage had changed for the first time. It had become oh so real for the first time. I found a better Dr. who was better versed in PF at UTSW in Dallas. Like starting over running all the tests again but, more detailed . Breathlessness is a big problem but, not on Oxygen with exerting. My heart rate goes so fast. I get so tired don’t sleep well. |

| Best advice for PF symptom management | Pulmonary Tehab I have had to put it on pause twice due to a fall. I think it is good but, have not gotten whole benefit. Will be starting again end of June. |
