I buy a packet called Nellie ,spelling may be wrong,it can be bought in drug stores,block stores.comes with spray bottles,saline packets and directions.

Hi June,not sure if you use saline through your nostrils. My ENT prescribed I use saline packet in a squeeze bottle of purified water. I spray this in my nostrils and I get comfort for the hours I am sleeping.

Does anyone using Jascayd get assistance for this med. I am a senior on Medicare and was told that because of Medicare I am not a candidate.My pulmonologist just prescribed this med and I doubt if I can afford it.Any information would be appreciated.

I have had sinus flow for years. I have an Ent,and she recommends flushing my nose out every night with salt packs and sterile water. Gets all the built up goop out of the nostrils.then I take a cetrezine tablet.If the flow is really bad, I take 2 squirts of Nasacort in each nostril.It works pretty good.

I recently went to my ent doctor. Have been coughing very often and sometimes wakes me up from coughing and build up of phlegm. Have to clear this out of my throat and then try to go back to sleep. Have read that some folks are using over the counter cough medicine ,to stop this progressive problem.any suggestions?

I also have this dry cough that turns into sneezing. It is getting worse as the days go by. Hope to hear from my ent tomorrow.It is hard to be in open company and start a coughing spasm.It started on my second go around with Esbriet,and is really demoralizing.Sometimes I wake up coughing and disrupts my sleep.Help is needed.

I also use crerave cream for the itching and it helps to stop the itching. I feel better knowing this is the Esbriet meds.this is better than the nose bleeds from Ofev.

Do you have gird,where you have coughing and phlegm a lot?some studies are saying that gerd is a lead in to IPf. I Have gerd for years and now 5years into IPf. Use esprit 3 times a day to slow the progression.

Have you applied to Genentech group for a free script. If you meet the requirements they can offer it for free. I am one of those people and very grateful for the script.
