Hello Patricia, I have sent you a link of all of the transplant centers in the USA. You can search for a particular hospital on the east coast. There are 74 transplant centers in the USA. On this publication they do not list the age requirements. You will have to contact the hospital for this information. I do know the hospital I received my transplant at accepts individuals well into their 70s and last year completed a successful lung transplant on an otherwise healthy 80 year old.
