I am a 74 year old female diagnosed Jan 2020 with IPF.  I am sure I have had IPF for awhile prior to diagnosis.  I seem to manage my symptoms pretty well, did the 42 day bootcamp with Noah Greenspan.  I found it very beneficial and continue to do the exercises.  Currently taking Ofev 100mg twice a day as I was not able to tolerate the 150mg.  I still have problems with the medication and find it hard to figure out whether I have diarrhea because of the meds or if it’s because of gluten as I also have celiac.  I have been reading all the comments on this newsletter and have found it very helpful.  I am not on oxygen yet and seem to be fairly stable.
