Short Bio	I was diagnosed after a long covid illness in March 2021. I began OfEV July 1 with 150 twice daily; i have had stomach aching, one bout of diarrhea and nausea a period each day that I walk and sip water. It seems to go away. I have been constipated for three days now, going on 4th. Can anyone suggest for that.
