| Short Bio | In 2000 diagnosed with hypersensitivity pneumonitis then in 2018 ILD. Recently IPF due to significant scarring. Exacerbated in Nov of 2023 and was put through tests for possible lung transplant. I need to do 1 more test and lose about 10 lbs. since November I am on 2 L at night or at rest. 5-8 around the house 8-10 for exercise. I go to pulmonary rehab 2x a week. I walk in my neighborhood another 3-4 c a week, do tai chi, breathing exercises, mindfulness. |
