| Short Bio | Bio: I am 77, still working at home part time, am not on any meds except for chronic pain syndrome. I live in Sr. Independent Living, and have no idea what this IPf is or if it is always progressing. I also live with two cats and would like to continue to be here for them. I am still a working writer and have finished four projects in the last six years, but fatigue has slowed me down greatly. Soms rs I have been sleeping more than ever during the daytime and still at night. I am often overwhelmed by everything that has happened since the night I went to the ER for what I thought was a blocked small intestine and came out with a lung disease. I don’t have a caretaker or a group or team to offer help for this disease, but this seems like the closest I have found. My brother lives in the same state (CO.) but at a higher altitude. I have a granddaughter who lives in Denver and I haven’t told her I am having this illness. It took us years to find one another and I don’t yet feel comfortable enough. I know very little about PF. But trying to learn. |
