Short Bio

Seventy seven year old male. Normally very fit and active. Enjoy daily hikes, travel, doing construction projects and maintaining our family compound of two homes with large garden, bees, chickens, old cars, and lot’s of projects. My wife and I live in one house and our daughter and her partner and our two granddaughters live next door.

I am also being treated for heart disease and had a heart valve replacement five years ago. I have had minor shortness of breath for six years which just caused me to hike a bit slower. In January of 2023 my condition suddenly worsened. Now it’s difficult to walk more than a mile or so but seems to improving a bit with the Esbriet. I have oxygen available but hardly ever need it.
