I’ve played golf using three different forms of supplemental oxygen.
    — The first was with a Respironics Simply Go Mini. I bought a backpack made for it and got along quite well for 12-13 hole, then got tired.
    — The second form was the Sequel Eclipse concentrator that puts out 3 liters of continuous flow. It was a bit of a hassle dragging the machine around and dealing with the 50 ft. cannula tube I used.
    — The third form I’m going to try this spring (I’m in Minnesota) is the liquid oxygen unit. I bought a backpack for it. The LOX container is lightweight, very convenient, will allow much better movement, has a longer duration, and has a flow of up to 15 lpm. On the golf course I will probably be able to get by with 6 lpm.

At present Medicare pays for the tanks and home refill system, but won’t pay for liquid oxygen, I pay for it myself. It’s worth it.
