ex fumatore già nel 2013 mi avevano ricontrato ipertensione polmonare – nel 2016 , dopo una polmonite curata in ospedale, subito sostituzione della valvola mitralica. Attualmente cardiopatia dilatativa e fibrillazione atriale. Difficoltà respiratorie e sensi di svenimento quotidiano.
