| Short Bio | Three years ago i had pneumonia, bronchitis, and a head cold. I also suffered from acid reflex being over weight with inflammation. I had a reoccurring cough I could not get rid of it just got worse. In 2021 i got covid with pneumonia . This has changed my life forever. This added honey combing in my lungs and traction Bronchiectasis. |

| Best advice for PF symptom management | As of last November i started any anti inflammatory supplements like: garlic extract, cummin, beet extract, and others. As of march of 2022 i started an anti-inflammatory diet and losing weight. I also take vitamins C, E, and A. I have less mucus drainage This week I tried an over counter antihistamine ( no allergy’s) but always clearing my throat. the antihistamine works great I don’t have to clear my throat or have drainage when i lay down. It’s nt perfect but it has helped a lot. |
