I was diagnosed with IPF in June of 2021. At that time, I had no noticeable symptoms, and it was discovered via a CT scan of a shoulder injury. When I finally could get in to see a Dr. due to Covid, I was down to an 80% lung function. By October of 2021 I was experiencing shortness of breath and by November I was down to 60% lung function. I started OFEV in late November and went on Level 3 Oxygen 24/7. I changed Doctors in February 2022 and since then my fibrosis has been stable. I am beginning to show some flagged numbers with my liver function, and I have had some heart issues but after a recent right heart cath, my heart pressure was found to be normal.
