I personally don’t diet but I do drink two organic meals replacement (Garden of life from Sprouts) shakes with probiotics and veggies but then I eat what I want once a day just not alot of it. What can you besides “I’m doing okay.” You can’t explain anything because people just ask more questions like how and what is it. They don’t underhand and it isn’t worth your time explaining.

I don’t understand why doctors want to prescribe us these highly addictive medicines when they know all we want is our pain relieved and some sleep.
