I live in a small community on east coast of Florida with my husband of 39 yrs.
I was just diagnosed with COPD. I’ve always been active but find myself slowing
down a lot. I want to stay optimistic & do all that I’m able to keep moving.
Want to take advantage of all written material, other peoples experiences & just do all
I can to sustain my quality of life for as long as I can. I very grateful there is such a site
to participate in.
