I was diagnosed with IPF in January 2017 and have been on esbriet since January 2019. I have sleep apnea and use a cpap machine starting at 8 and going up to 14. I am 62 years of age and my wife is my caregiver.  I am on 5 lpm of O2 with activity and 3 while sitting.  I do not get out much because of the heat in South Alabama.  Today at 8am cst is temperature is 82 (f) and the heat index is almost 100. The heat index today will be around 108.
