| Short Bio | I am married and otherwise healthy currently living in Florida having retired in 2008. I was diagnosed in 2015 and I’ve been taking Ofev since that time. I use a wedge pillow as well. My condition seems to be stable. I am oxygen dependent when I sleep and as needed. I don’t tolerate elevations at all. So the mountains are out for me. |

| Best advice for PF symptom management | Take it easy and live within your abilities to function. Take oxygen as needed. For me, light activity seems to work well. I am in constant motion for the most part and that has served me well. I have lost 40 pounds since the onset in 2015 which has been unintentional and I would attribute it to a diminished appetite. My BMI is 24.5. |
