Previously healthy 20 year old who recently suffered (October 2020) an episode of Acute Interstitial Pneumonia. Doctors don’t know what caused it but main hypothesis is a hypersensitivity reaction to antibiotics (Bactrim or Ceftriaxone) that was being used to treat a kidney infection (maybe I wasn’t that healthy but I have no other underlying health conditions). Most recent CT scans show progression of cystic and fibrotic changes in my lungs. No certain diagnosis has been reached yet. Godspeed.
