How do you get to your happy place?
What brings you joy? Where is your happy place?
For me, it is nice to be able to clear my head of all of the things related to my medical care. I do have a couple of go-to things such as cooking, making contacts around the globe on amateur radio, and of course walking Beau.

For me, it’s being outdoors with no phone signal, hiking, working on my truck, or just sitting by a river with nothing but a sandwich and some time. That’s when everything quiets down.

My happy place is being with my wife, Jennifer, at our favourite hotel Vasco Da Gama in Monte Gordo, Algarve, Portugal for our annual holiday. I am at my happy place just now!
