Nope wont happen,, turn that sucker up to what ever you need to keep you at 92% or higher, you will always drop when sleeping.. Never ever listen to Dr. Google only your transplant team and pulmonologist.

It took me 10 years to get to this point but I have two concentrators set for 14-16. You can’t OD.

I tried upping my oxygen from 2 to 3 or 4 at night. It didn’t take long until I developed swollen ankles and calves. I did did some research and found there is such a thing as oxygen toxicity. I reduced my settings back to 2 and my feet and legs went back to normal size. You can look it up on Wikipedia. The damage can be severe. Check with your pulmonologist.

before I needed oxygen 24/7 I was told no matter what, I needed it when I sleep because that is when it drops to the lowest level. Even if I didn’t need it the rest of the time, those where the days when I could do stuff and go places, now I am at 81/2 to 9 liters and my concentrator 24/7. If I want to leave the house I have to use tanks but, they only last for 45min each at this level of usage so I am pretty limited. I was diagnosed in 2017 and am only greatly starting to feel my limitations. Pretty good for being told 2 years was the usual length of life, al so I am on pirfenidone which I give all the credit to.
