The Inogen 5 puts out a maximum of 1.26 liters per breath. If you are on 3lpm it is not sufficient for your needs.

Yes. I tied that for the same reason, but I could not handle the GI issues that persisted. I went back to 100 twice a day. Doing well now.

Yes, I tried to split dosages – valiantly! I was unable to tolerate the extra 50mg no matter how I did it. It was worth trying simply because a higher dose would conceivably be most effective.
